Excursion to Thailand

activity report

From November 2024th to 11th, 26,Aquatic SymbiosisAs part of the activities of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency, I participated in an excursion to Thailand. The results were presented on November 11th, but unfortunately I was unable to attend the seminar due to schedule conflicts, and instead participated in the latter half of the excursion.

On November 11th, about 27km northeast of BangkokKhao Yai National ParkIt was my first visit to Khao Yai National Park in 15 years, and I was impressed by the excellent facilities.

The ceiling is low but the buttress is well developed.

On November 11th, in the suburbs of BangkokMahidol UniversityWe visited the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science.Professor SuzukiWe visited his laboratory, learned about his research in Thailand, and exchanged information.

Is it a dangerous creature? There was a scorpion next to it.
